Day Camp Registration Form 2022

Please complete the following form to enroll your child(ren) in the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal's day camp programming this summer. Before care is $5.00 per child and after care is $5.00 per child. Payment for before and after care is required prior to the start of camp. 

Will be available at both Camps

Before care: starting 8:00 am

After care: until 5:00pm

Pricing:

  • 1 Child- $200.00/ Per Session
  • 2 Children- $375.00/Per Session
  • 3 Children- $550.00/Per Session

This year we will be offering two day camps:

Cardinal 

  • Session 1 Outdoor Adventure July 4th until July 15th
  • Session 2 Under the Sea July 18th until July 29th

Johnstown

  • Session 1 Outdoor Adventure July 4th until July 15th
  • Session 2 Under the Sea July 18th until July 29th
  • Session 3 STEM August 1st until August 12th
  • Session 4 Summer Fun August 15th until August 26th

Registering for day camp does not guarantee your child a spot in day camp. Registrants will be contacted with further information after signing up. Children of the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal will have priority.
