Compliance Summary Report

A Compliance Report provides owners and/or their authorized agents with information regarding a property's status with respect to compliance with development by-laws or agreements and a summary of building permit activity. Compliance Reports are typically requested as a result of a possible sale or refinancing of a building or property.

The Compliance Summary Report provides information regarding issued building permits on file, the status of occupancy permits/final inspections and any outstanding orders/complaints as they relate to the Ontario Building Code and the Township's Zoning Bylaw.

There is a $100 fee for this summary report. The fee can be paid online through this form or by cheque/cash/debit at the Township office.

Once the fee is paid, it may take up to 10 days for us to complete the review and send your report.
