Senior Exercise Class

StrongerU Senior Exercise Program
The StrongerU program is designed specifically for seniors who want to stay active, improve mobility, and build strength in a safe, supportive environment. Guided by our enthusiastic new instructor, the sessions blend gentle strength training, balance work, and functional movements that help with everyday activities.

Locations and Dates:

Spencerville Town Hall

Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

  • Session 1: October 9 to November 26

South Edwardsburgh Community Centre

Mondays, 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

  • Session 1: October 6 to November 24
Cost: Free | Who: All seniors welcome!
