Swimming Lesson Registration Form
The Johnstown & Cardinal Community Pools are offering swimming lesson levels of the Lifesaving Society’s Swim For Life® instructional program. Lessons stress in-water practice to develop solid swimming strokes and skills, as well as Water Smart® education which will last a lifetime. Lessons are offered on weekday mornings between 9:00am until 1:00pm. Lessons are 30 minutes in length. Swim patrol classes are 45 minutes.
Both the Cardinal and Johnstown Pools offer the following levels:
- Parent and Tot (3 levels)
- Preschool (5 levels)
- Swimmer (6 levels)
- Swim Patrol (3 levels)
- Bronze Courses (3 levels)
Lessons cost $45 per child, per session. We offer a family rate of $100 for up to three children per session. If you are enrolling four or five children, the family rate ($100) would apply for three of the children, then each additional child would cost $45 per session.
There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available through our community partners Ingredion and Greenfields. If this is an opportunity you are interested in, please indicate that when providing parent/guardian information on a later page. Swimmers are only eligible to have one session of swimming lessons covered.
After submitting this form, our Aquatics Director will reach out within 1-3 business days to set up a time/method of payment. Please note that your child(ren) will not be fully registered in programming until payment is received. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit.
In the event that we are unable to offer aquatics programming, you will receive a full refund. This refund may take up to 30 days to issue.
